About
Almedina Muljaku is a Swiss-trained psychologist supporting individuals with anxiety, depressive symptoms, stress-related difficulties, and relationship or interpersonal challenges — as well as those who feel stuck or emotionally exhausted and are seeking clarity and stability. She offers a calm space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as a core framework, delivered in a structured, collaborative way tailored to each patient's individual needs. She believes that meaningful change starts with understanding what is happening within, and building practical ways to support everyday wellbeing and resilience.
Having lived in different cultural environments and speaking German, Swiss German, English and Albanian, Almedina values culturally sensitive care and strives to build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, respect and collaboration.
