Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started with Les Toises?
The first step is simply to reach out and let the team know you'd like support for yourself or a family member. You can call +971 4 5806514 or email info@lestoises.ae. The administrative team will then call you back to gather some preliminary details about what you're looking for help with. Because Les Toises has a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians with different specialisms, this information helps them match you to the clinician best suited to your needs. The admin team is trained to ask about these matters sensitively, so answering their questions as fully as you can helps you get the most from your treatment.
How do I book an appointment?
There are three ways to book:
- Use the "Book Appointment" tab on the Les Toises website, enter your details, and note your preferred date and time.
- Call the clinic on +971 4 5806514.
- Send an email to info@lestoises.ae.
What happens at my first appointment?
You're asked to arrive about 15 minutes early, as you'll be given some standard questionnaires to complete while you wait. Your clinician will then greet you in the waiting room and take you through to their consulting room. The initial session is focused on understanding what you'd like help with and building a shared picture of what may be happening and why. From there, your clinician will collaboratively discuss recommendations that reflect your goals and needs, and explain the next steps based on what you agree together.
Do you see children and adolescents?
Yes. For anyone under 18, Les Toises requires parental consent from both parents or guardians before services can be offered. If one parent is unable to provide consent, the administration team can discuss the situation with you. For children and teenagers, a parent is asked to accompany them to the initial appointment.
What are your opening hours?

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: On Demand
