Maya Tozzi is a Certified Professional Life & Executive Coach and Parenting Consultant at Les Toises. She works with adolescents, adults and parents navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, and personal or professional growth. Her coaching is informed by an academic background in cognitive and behavioural psychology (MSc), and is combined with her parenting consultation work.

Drawing on Positive Psychology, coaching psychology and values-based approaches, Maya believes coaching is about building resilience, strengthening emotional wellbeing and creating a life aligned with one's values. Together with her clients she develops practical strategies that foster confidence, psychological flexibility and long-term growth.

Having lived and worked in Europe and the Middle East, Maya brings a culturally sensitive and internationally minded perspective to her practice, with particular experience supporting expatriates, multicultural families, adolescents, parents and professionals navigating identity, relationships, parenting challenges and major life transitions.
